The Yoga Asana (pose) for today is Paschimottanasana which means Seated Forward Bend Pose.
I feel this is the best posture for today, the tenth day of my project.My hamstring are pretty sore from my run this morning so this is a good one to pick. Also I feel absolutely exhausted and it is my husbands 40th this evening as well as our wedding anniversary. I do not know how I am going to get the energy for all this but I will manage somehow?? Don’t women always have a way?
This pose is about drawing in. Reaching inward to muster up my energy!!
I need to do all I can at this point…
