DAY 10: 355 Days to Go

Wow! I am physically exhausted!  Had a 5k this morning followed by a scuba diving boat trip.  It was physically and mentally challenging to squeeze this small yoga practice in, but I did it.  5 minutes is better than NO minutes, right?

So have just done a little yoga at home today.

 

 

 

 

Todays sequence;

3 Sun Salutation A, Padahastasana, Virabhadrasana A & B, Parshvottanasana, Paschimottanasana, and a few other random poses.

Better some than none.  Thats what it is all about.
