The Gayatri Mantra meaning ‘Mantra for the Spiritual Light,’ is one of the oldest, most powerful and well-known mantras in the world. Chanting (either verbally or silently, although silent is most recommended) of this mantra should be done 3, 9, 18 or 108 times. This sacred verse has the ability to heal ailments, overcome obstacles, create inner peace, enhance well-being, increase wisdom and spiritual growth. It activates all 7 energy centers or ‘Chakras,’ within the body and invokes a calm, peaceful state of being. Intentions are for the Good of All Beings.
