The Yoga Asana (pose) for today is Adho Mukha Shavasana which means Downward Facing Dog Pose.
I feel this is the best posture for today, the thirteenth day of my project.Today is another day of inner rest. This posture is very appropriate to how I am feeling. I have been feeling extremely tired and exhausted. I slept for 7-8 hours, as I do every night and after being up for 3 hours I went back to bed. I slept until noon. I am stocking up on vitamins and drinking lots of water.
