The Yoga Asana (pose or posture) for Day 1 is Virabhadrasana One, also known as Warrior.
I feel this is the best posture for today, for the first day of this year-long project. I feel strong, dedicated, determined. I feel like a Warrior-ess drawing my sword to battle off all doubt, fears, insecurities and uncertainties. I am strength, the strength is in me. I am power, my energy is power.
